EMAIL / REAL MESSAGE CHECK
Mail analyzer
Send one test email from your own mail client. Get a weighted configuration and message-quality report, with concrete next steps for HestiaCP.
Receive one test email
No account is needed. Create a temporary address, send one email up to 1 MB without attachments, then select “I sent the email”. The receiver uses the existing myuid0.com mail configuration.
Your report
Points measure the declared checks and their importance. They are not a percentage probability of inbox placement. Reputation lists and recipient-specific spam classifiers are not checked.
Compared with the previous test
What is checked
SPF uses the receiving server’s SMTP peer and envelope sender, including nested includes and RFC lookup limits. DKIM results come from the trusted Exim verifier and include every observed signature within the stated limits. DMARC reports SPF/DKIM alignment and discovered policy. Sender DNS covers PTR and forward confirmation, with HELO observations. TLS describes the received SMTP connection.
Messages with missing, repeated or malformed headers and failed authentication are accepted for diagnosis. Ambiguous From headers are reported without choosing an arbitrary sender. Attachments, including inline files, are refused; the total message limit is 1,000,000 bytes.
Subject and body checks are explicit local rules for empty text, excessive capitals, suspicious link labels, HTML-only content and basic subject/body word overlap. They do not claim to understand intent or predict a spam filter. Unsupported content or missing trusted evidence remains unassessed. Analysis covers up to 64 KiB of headers, 16 DKIM signatures and 16 MIME parts at depth four; exceeding analysis budgets does not reject a message.
Twenty-second check
After you select “I sent the email”, the page waits up to twenty seconds for reception and analysis. A completed report is shown immediately. Delivery may take longer; a timeout is not a verdict about your mail configuration. Restart with a new address after an expired test.
Privacy and retention
Message bodies, subjects and original headers are processed temporarily and are not saved in reports. Only diagnostic observations are retained. Reports are private to this browser’s secure session cookie and deleted during the daily UTC cleanup. A previous report is kept in this tab’s session storage until UTC midnight for comparison. JSON and PDF exports are saved only when you request them. Normal Hestia mail processing may temporarily spool a message and keep operational metadata under its existing policy.
The test does not send a reply, create an IMAP mailbox or modify your sender’s DNS. Hestia recommendations and suggested records require review before applying. Same-server submissions cannot establish the quality of an externally delivered message.
Use SPF / DMARC generator, DKIM generator and DNS Toolbox to review authentication records.
